He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joan Balis; his children, David (Julie), Cathy Costello (Matt), Emily Balis and Jennifer Koenig (Jason); his grandchildren, Sophia, Ethan, Grant, Dylan, Cecilia, Thomas, Andrew and Benjamin; and his siblings, Carole Foley, Robert Balis and Rick Balis (Joanne).
Due to the ongoing COVID pandemic, neither Tom nor his children would want anyone putting their health at risk to attend his service.
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, an organization that was always close to Tom and Joan's hearts.
