He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Dolores; his children, Deborah Serrano (Edward Zak), Mark Watka (Elizabeth Hosteny) and Sharyn McCarthy (Bill); his grandchildren, Ryan Serrano (Mandy), Brooke Serrano, Nicholas Watka, Jennifer Paris (Matt), Megan McCarthy, Steven Watka and Katelyn McCarthy; and his great grandchildren, Danalia, Mario Jr., Violet and Fiona. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
