He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly Jean Bowker; his child David C. Bowker (Ann Marie); and his siblings, Viola O'Sullivan (late James) and Joyce Ruopp (Fredrick). He is survived by: his child Steven K. Bowker (Marilyn); his grandchildren, Jennifer Lungaro (Matt), Christie Taylor (Brad), Lauren Bowker and Jason Bowker; his great grandchildren, Charlie, Dominick Lungero, Gabriel and Zachery Taylor; and his sibling Nancy Fish (Guy).
