He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Betty; his children, Raymond Navarro, Jr. (Lisa), Albert Navarro (Christina), Betsy Ann Harmon (Gordon) and Tina Marie Palmer (Scott); his grandchildren, Raymond III, Megan, Kaylie, Hannah, Albert Jr., Timothy, Jared, Brittany, Noah and Thaddaeus; his great grandchildren, Declan and Savannah; and his sisters, Eleanor Pohl and Betty Lou Ebbens.
