It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Anna Barrett (Tinley Park, Illinois), who passed away on December 29, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Nancy shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Nancy farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas and Brigid (Della); and her siblings, Mary T. and Edward. She is survived by: her siblings, Thomas (Nancy), Anthony, Reverend James L and Suzanne. She is also survived by her loving nieces, nephews, godchildren, cousins and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Maher Funeral Home Tinley Park (17101 71st Ave, Tinley Park, IL 60477). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John Fisher Catholic Church (10235 S Fairfield Ave, Chicago, IL 60655). A burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at the Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery.
