She is survived by: her children, Glen Gunkel, Gary Gunkel (JoAnne) and John Gunkel (Robin); her grandchildren, Amy Miller (Adam), Glen Gunkel (Marianne), Matthew Gunkel (Kathleen), Lyndsay Gunkel, Kevin Gunkel and Mitchell Gunkel; her great grandchildren, Slaone Gunkel, Willa Gunkel and Hudson Gunkel; and her siblings, Virginia Hickey, Margie Dineen and John Donahue.
Interment private In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Advocate Hospice.
