She was predeceased by: her husband James E. Deacy; her son John S. Deacy; and her grandson Timothy Monahan (Elizabeth). She is survived by: her children, Patricia Monahan (Thomas) and James E. Deacy (Diane); her daughter-in-law Diane Deacy; her grandchildren, Daniel Monahan (Kimberly), Thomas Monahan (Valerie), Kevin Deacy (Sara) and Christopher Deacy (Kate); and her great grandchildren, Madeline, Sean, Jake, Patrick, Cora, Leah, Reaghan, Owen, Ryan, Lauren, Faith and Emma. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to Phase 3 of the State of Illinois COVID-19 guidelines visitation is limited to 25 people at all times.
