She was predeceased by: her husband H. Paul Moreno; her siblings, Ignacia, Raymundo "Ray", Tomasina "Tommie", Emeterio "Teddy", Gerardo "Jerry", Martina "Marty", Russell and Elvira "Vera"; and her parents, Narcizo Mendoza and Macedonia Mendoza.
She is survived by: her children, Monica Louise Pirih (Peter), Michael Paul Moreno (Peggy) and Michele Marie Moreno (Alex Sokoloff); her grandchildren, Jennifer Juarez (Luis), Steven Pirih (Shannon), Marisa Moreno, Kristen Moreno and Anton Sokoloff; her great grandchild Nathaniel Juarez; her sister Juanita "Jennie" Mendoza; and also Louise.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Palos-Gaidas Funeral Home (11028 SW Hwy, Palos Hills, IL 60465). A prayer was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Palos-Gaidas Funeral Home & Cremation Services (11028 SW Hwy, Palos Hills, IL 60465). A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 6th 2024. A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 10:45 AM at the Meet Inside the Front Gate of the Cemetery. A burial was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Irving Park Cemetery (7777 Irving Park Rd, Chicago, IL 60634).
