She was predeceased by: her husband John Madix. She is survived by: her children, Gail Sinnott (Robert) and Brian Madix (Patrice); her grandchildren, Tisha Evans (Mike) and Michael Alvarez; and her great grandchildren, Austin and Sydney Evans.
Because of Loretta's love of gardening, she had requested that in lieu of flowers, donations in kind be made to the Garden Club of Park Forest.
