We are sad to announce that on May 12, 2021, at the age of 76, Jose Perez (Tinley Park, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Fran; his children, Joseph (Christina), Michael, Jason (Michelle) and Elisabeth Perez (Rich Boomer); his grandchildren, Tyler, Kyle, Sophia, Mikey, Addison and Lily; his siblings, Lolo Perez (late Juanita), Shirley Garcia (Manuel) and Maria Ramiez (Ruben); and his brother-in-law John Moritti (Hermine). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
