With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joel Napier (Tinley Park, Illinois), who passed away on August 14, 2019 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Gaye; his parents, James Napier and Dorothy Thetard; his stepfather Chuck Thetard; his siblings, James Napier (Linda) and Laura Gatz; and his stepbrother Richard Seloober (Nancy). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
