She is survived by: her husband George Berryman; her brothers, Paul Waliczek (Renee) and Edward Waliczek (Renee); her son Bernard Mack (Sarah); her stepdaughters, Donna Beallis, Karen Berryman and Marie Berryman; and her grandchildren, Olivia, Lola, Emily, Ryan, Melissa and Noah.
