He was predeceased by: his sibling Jerry Catuara. He is survived by: his spouse Sandra; his children, Jim (Doreen), Lisa Kucik (Mike) and Michael Catuara (Kristen); his grandchildren, Jimmy, Nicholas, Jake, Jenna, Kate and Isla; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Catuara and Larry Phillips. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
