With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helene Brandau of Tinley Park, Illinois, who passed away on November 9, 2020 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Helene Brandau to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Albert F. Brandau; her son Donald Brandau; and her great grandchild Bertie. She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Burton (late Jim), Linda Armour (Ron), Lisa Gordon (Kevin) and Diane Hays (Kurt); her grandchildren, Neal Burton (Bridgette), David Burton (Lisa), Aaron Armour, Lia Armour (Josh Schultz) and RaeAnn Block (Anthony); and her great grandchildren, Delila, Hayden, Vivien, Jaxon, Victor and Opal.

Due to the State of Illinois COVID-19 Mitigation Restrictions, visitation is limited to 25 people at any given time.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. George Catholic Church.

“Dear Family of Helene, I am Mary Bogdan, daughter of Ted and Dorothy, granddaughter of Alois Bogdan, who was Helene's uncle. We were so sorry to hear of Helene's passing. She was godmother to my brother, MIchael, and my sister, LIbby, seems to remember being a flower girl at her wedding! What we remember from family gatherings is that she was always kind and loving.
