She was predeceased by: her siblings, Bob (Barb), Jim (Bernice), Dan, Ed (Trish), Ray (RuthAnn) and Elaine; and her parents, Robert and Gertrude.
She is survived by: her former husband Michael 'Sonny O'; her daughters, Denise Malevitis (Bill), Diana Freeman (Fred) and Dawn Luchene (Jake); her grandchildren, Paige (Kevin), Austin (Lynn), Amber, Carlee (Freddie), Ashley (Doug), Zac (Amanda), Tara, Alysa (Jerry), Kelsey (Chris), Noelle (Nathan), Hannah (Jimmy) and Allison; her great grandchildren, Makenzie, Parker, Ivy, Vaughn, Amethyst, Frederick, Hailie and Eleni; her husband Jack Weizeorick; and her siblings, Patricia (late Rich), Bill (Denise), John (Carol) and Jerry (Linda). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
