He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Sr. and Stella; his son Edward III (Alisa); and his sister Katherine LaRocca (late Bob). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Lynn Kuntz (Robert) and Mary Herbert (Paul); his grandchildren, Michael Herbert, Katherine Herbert, Jacob Kuntz, Edward Matushek IV, Matthew Matushek and Natasha Kuntz; his nephew David LaRocca; and his niece Barbara Potter (Phillip). He is also survived by his family and friends.
