He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Vaclav and Caroline Vaclav (Rollinson). He is survived by: his wife Doris (Wohler); his son David S. Vaclav Jr.; his brother Daniel Vaclav (Pamela); his stepbrother Bill Shileny (Bonnie); his nieces and nephews, Vanessa Butler (Daniel), Jessica Vaclav, Karl Jr., Megan Mochel (Keith), Drew, Jonathan, Jennifer and Carlie Cash; and his siblings-in-law, Kurt Wohler (Marie), Karl Wohler (Emma) and Gail Cash (Andy).
Wearing masks and social distancing are mandatory for all in attendance.
