She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter and Josephine; and her spouse Dale S. Bolam. She is survived by: her son Chuck Patula (Cindi).
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Maher Funeral Home Tinley Park (17101 71st Ave, Tinley Park, IL 60477). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St George Church (6707 175th St, Tinley Park, IL 60477).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Polycystic Kidney Foundation.
