She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Cizmar and Mary Cizmar (Krezik); her spouse Attilio DeBias; her grandson Donald DeBias; her great grandchild Silas Cunningham; and her siblings, Rudy, Peter, Mildred, Martha, Anna, Marion and Agnes.

She is survived by: her children, Diana DeBias of Orland Park, IL, David DeBias of Penrose, CO, Donald DeBias (Patti) of Portage, IN, Kathleen Halstead (Jon) of Redford, MI, Thomas DeBias of Penrose, CO and Carol DiBiase-Ruffe (Jeff) of Arvada, CO; her sisters, Elaine Haskell of Downers Grove, IL and Helen Gioiosa of Tinley Park, IL; and her grandchildren, Julie Cunningham (Shawn), Michael Halstead, Samantha DeBias, Sophia Ruffe, Olivia Ruffe and Emily DeBias.
