Belen was predeceased by: parent Bernardo Beloved; and sibling Joseph Jaquez (Dolores). Belen is survived by: parent Maria L. Jaquiz Beloved; and siblings, Alfred Jaquiz (Raquel) and Virginia Jaquez (late Marcos).
