She is survived by: her spouse Cherished; her children, Nolan, Easton, Jameson and Maddox; her parents, Patty Puchalski and Al Puchalski; her siblings, Yvonne Pidrak (Jason), Kim O'Connor (Bryan) and Allen Puchalski (Nikki); her parents-in-law, Beverly Woodworth, Woody Woodworth and Devoted; her grandparents, Betty, Dorothy, Joyce Mikoff, Mike Mikoff and Fond; and also Beloved. She is also survived by sister –in-law of Steve (Fiancée Katie), Ian and Dylan Woodworth; Amber will be dearly missed by her many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
