She was predeceased by: her daughter Karen Prins (Leon). She is survived by: her children, Marie Prins (Ed), Gail Prins (Bob), Gwen DeJong (David) and Keith Prins (Mary); and her grandchildren, Jesse, Arden Hagedorn, Maija Steinberg, Luke Vogelzang, Connor, Caleb, Sam DeJong, Schuyler, Rachel and Adrianna Prins.
