She is survived by: her husband David Phillips Sr.; her stepchildren, Greg Phillips (Patty), Courtney George (TJ), Kayla Phillips (Jeremy), David Phillips Jr. (Megan) and Kaitlyn Phillips (Hannah); her mother-in-law Francis Phillips; her siblings, Butch Pratt (Belinda), Scott Pratt (Tammy), Rusty Pratt, Keith Pratt (Angela), Mike Pratt (Kathy), Brandon Pratt (Melissa), Leighton Pratt, Robin Duprey (John), Dana Phillips (Brian) and Nicci Noel (Brian); and her niece Shonna Jackson (Joyce Cundiff). She is also survived by her husband, children and grandchildren.
