She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis and Anna (Goff); her brothers, Allen Goff (Betty), Louis Jr. Goff and Victor Goff; her former husband Ralph Lazzell; her grandchild Derric Alvarez; and her cousin Marcella Thompson.
She is survived by: her daughter Karyn Conder; her grandchildren, Amy Zarn (Justin) and Chad Alvarez (Mandy); her caregivers, Pammy Joe and Taylor; and her pet Rosco. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
