He is survived by: his wife Lori Volkel; his children, Kevin Burton (Angie), Lori Wittig, Joseph L. Burton (Megan) and Sarah Burton; his grandchildren, Melissa Burton, Amanda Burton, Alexandra Wittig, Terran Wittig, Logan Hurst and Nick Hurst; and his sister Wanda Moore. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
