He is survived by: his wife Susan Haurez; his children, Jim Woodard, Tim Haurez (Dena), Randy Haurez (Beth), Dawn Woodard and Wendi Biggs (Shannon); and his grandchildren, Josh Singleton, Justin Singleton, Brayden Biggs, Hannah Singleton, Hunter Haurez, Hailee Haurez, Landen Haurez and Tanner Haurez.

Masks and social distancing will be observed at the funeral home.
