He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Jewel and Effie Bennett (Swank); his wife Dorothy Evelyn Kilby; his son-in-law Ronald Woods; and his grandchildren, Nikki and Chad Schoolcraft.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Woods and Donald Bennett Jr. (Cindi); and his granddaughters, Melissa Holst, Jennifer Shuman and Dawn Ann Pricer. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made in Donald's name to Union Corner Methodist Church.
