He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Ray Moore and Dorothy Ritter; his son Eugene DeWayne Moore; and his siblings, Jay Ritter and Pumpkin Kavanaugh.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Owens Martin; his children, Benny Eugene Moore Jr. (Mary), Troy Gene Moore (Shelby), Crystal Lynn Shell (Tim), Ricky Lee Moore (Beth), Michele K. Hardy and James E. Martin; and his brother Steve Ritter (Pam). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
IDPH Guidelines will be strictly followed regarding gathering limitations, masks, and social distancing.
