We are sad to announce that on December 13, 2021, at the age of 83, Frances A. Foertsch of Tilden, Illinois, born in Cutler, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Clifford Foertsch; her parents, Ardell Owens and Valada Owens (Jones); and her sisters, Melba Williams and Patricia Dorf.
She is survived by: her son Glenn Short (Kim) of Sparta, IL; and her siblings, Don Owens (Judy) of Franklin, TN, Dennis Owens (Shirley) of Foley, AL, Leonard Owens (Ginger) of Tilden, IL and Cheryl Sommers (Jim) of New Athens, IL.. She is also survived by four grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
