He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Mandrell and Wilma Mandrell (Hankins); and his siblings, Colleen Mandrell, Laurel Dean Mandrell and Jerry Dale Mandrell.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Mandrell (Custer) of Tilden, IL; his children, Errol Kip Mandrell of Silverdale, WA and Nikki Meracle of St. Louis, MO; his grandchildren, Jessica Engelage (Wesley), Errol Keith Mandrell, Bryce Meracle, Blake Meracle and Chelsey Erlanger (Marc); and his great grandchildren, Emily Erlanger and Kamryn Engelage.
