She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin and Blanche. She is survived by: her husband Rev. Wilbur "Web" Franklin Sr.; her children, Wilbur Franklin Jr. of Tilden, IL, Robert Franklin (Tammy) of Willisville, IL and Cynthia Jones (Pat) of Marissa, IL.; her grandchildren, Stacie Henson (Jason), Jeff Franklin, Maegan Tombrella (Chris), William Franklin (Lissa), Ashleigh Franklin, Dustin Krzyzanoski and Krystal Krzyzanoski; and her great grandchildren, Asher Henson, Mabrey Tombrella, Myles Franklin, Erin Franklin, Caden Finks, Lacy Finks, Lilly Finks and Kayla Pence.
Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association, Tilden Teen Sunday School Class or the First Baptist Church in Tilden, IL.
