He was predeceased by: his son Michael Modory; his sisters, Celeste Hanley, Michelle Modory and Margaret Babiazar (late James); and his parents, Steven Modory and Gwen Modory.
He is survived by: his wife Janice M. Modory; his children, Steven Modory (Jamie Hogan) and Leslie Godfrey (Trent); his grandsons, Mitchell John Godfrey, Jacob Daniel Godfrey (Erin) and Gavin James Godfrey; his great grandchildren, Wilks, Shepard and Palmer Kate; and his siblings, Christiana Heideman (late Richard), Mary Coffman and Gabrielle Smiley.
