She was predeceased by: her husband Robert J. De Bok; her brother William Provis (late Dorothy); and her brother-in-law Lloyd De Bok (late Willie). She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Doorn-Nylen (Michael), James De Bok (Joan) and Randall De Bok (Rhonda); her granddaughters, Megan, Jessica and Nicole; and her sister-in-law Marge Krygsheld (Hank).

Memorial contributions may be given to Bethel College in St. Paul, MN or First Christian Reformed Church of South Holland Building Fund.
