He is survived by: his wife Janet Olthoff; his children, Valerie Knoll (Richard) and Daniel Olthoff (Carol); his grandchildren, Ryan Knoll (Rebekah), Heather Yoshihara (Casey), Sarah Jimenez (Juan) and Erica Bice (Joshua); his great grandchildren, Hailey, Chloe, Carson, Hope, Nathan, Lexi, Jonah, Noah, Kyah and Lauren; and his sister Dorothy Hoekstra (late Calvin).
