We are sad to announce that on August 1, 2024, Letha C. Murney (Thomson, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Gaar and Lottie Gaar (Quick); her husband Victor E. Murney of Mt. Carroll; and her siblings, Vaugh, Paul, Delbert, Donald, Darrell Gaar, Beulah Smolek (John) and Dorothy Miller (Verrill).
She is survived by: her children, Linda Oconnor (Michael), Constance Murney, Edward Murney (Vicki) and Deborah Melroy (Harry) of Sycamore, OH; and her close friends, Lilly and Annie. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to KSB Supportive Care or Serenity Hospice.
