He is survived by: his parents, James Paul Osteen and Barbara Ann Osteen (Dasher) of West Frankfort, IL; his daughters, Kasey Nicole Woodrow (Josh) of Akin, IL and Kaitlyn Elizabeth Hogue (Geoffrey) of Washington, D. C.; his grandchildren, Nora Mae Osteen, Sawyer Owen Hogue and Clay Mitchell Hogue; and his brothers, Brandon Lee Osteen of Thompsonville, IL. and James Eric Osteen of Thompsonville, IL..
