It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Scott Andrew Kelley of Thompsonville, Illinois, born in West Frankfort, Illinois, who passed away on August 14, 2023, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Kelley and Maggie Kelley (Gunter); his son Charles Raymond Garbo; and his brother Steve Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Monica Ridgeway (Travis) and Travis Kelley (Amber); his siblings, Tammy Sprague (Kevin), Joyce Thompson (Walt), Debbie Tanner (Scott), Greg Kelley (Anna), Curtis Kelley (Daisy) and Marty Kelley (Traci); and his grandchildren, Kierston, Bryson, Weston and Rowdy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
