It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Ann Kelton (Thompsonville, Illinois), born in West Frankfort, Illinois, who passed away on November 21, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William David and Eleanor Masters (Swiger); her husband James Kelton; her sister Wilma; her brother-in-law Jerry Johns; and her brother David Masters.
She is survived by: her children, Tonetta Young of Marion, Effaney Crain (Leslie) of Benton and Travis Kelton of Thompsonville; and her nephew Jarrod Johns of Thomsonville. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
