Phillips (Kalene) of Arlington Heights, Illinois.; his sister Terri Carter of West Frankfort; and his grandchildren, Marley Jade Rhodes, Houston Steel Pulley, Piper Lynn Pulley, Gabriella Rose Smith, Robert Bradley Smith, Jr., Zoey Marie Smith, Lane Nichols, Reagan Nicholas, Ryleigh Nicholas, Avery Noel, Sutton Noel, Isaac Phillips and Iris Phillips. He is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
