He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harold and Cloeva Mae Wininger (Armes); his stepfather Bert Meacham; his parents-in-law, Lawrence Webb and Margaet Jane Webb; and his siblings, Kay, Rick, Don and Kevin.
He is survived by: his wife Patti; his daughter Chloe; his siblings, Dean (Wendy), Larry (Betsy), Mike, Gerald Delgy (Dianna) and Rita Couch (Mike); and his siblings-in-law, Linda Landers (David), Margaret Jude, Wayne Webb and Larry Webb (Mary). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Franklin County Animal Control or to Hospice of Southern Illinois and will be accepted at the funeral home.
