It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Phelps of Thomasboro, Illinois, born in Villa Grove, Illinois, who passed away on July 28, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Christopher and Birgie Mae Phelps (Riddle); and his siblings, Clarence, Floyd, Harold, Stella and Irene.
He is survived by: his brothers, Jim Phelps of Urbana, IL and Jerry Eugene Phelps of Thomasboro; his nieces and nephews, H. Ronald Phelps, Jimmy Phelps, Jr., Kathy Stoller, Sharon Slade and Peggy Allen; and his great-nephews, Ronald Phelps, Keith Phelps and Ben Stoller.
