She was predeceased by: her father Don Hacker; and her grandparents, Herman and Maxine Smith. She is survived by: her mother Connie Smith Hacker; her husband Corey Smalley; her brothers, Andy Hacker (Margo) of Oakwood, Doug Hacker (Shannon) of Royalton and John Hacker (Leslie) of Valier; her siblings-in-law, Cathy, Micheal Smalley of Danville, Ryan Smalley (Christina) of Bismarck and Adam Smalley of Danville; her great-niece Naleigha Mitchell of Oakwood; and her pets, Bella and Monte. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; two aunts and two uncles.
She worked at Carle Foundation Hospital from 2002 to 2016.
