He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Howard and Wanda Marie Parmer (Prater); his sister Ina Sue Lesar; and his nephew Billy Lesar. He is survived by: his sister Deloris Clubb (Bruce); and his nieces and nephews, John Lesar, Jr., Scott Lesar, Sheila Dodson, Trina Jones (Larry), Kimberly Caldwell and Sandra Holder.
