JoAnn (Sickler) Wehmeyer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoAnn (Sickler) Wehmeyer of Thebes, Illinois, who passed away on May 18, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sons, Larry and Rodney; her granddaughter Melonie Phillips; and her siblings, Pauline Norris, Pearl Sickler, James, Neil and Shelby Sickler.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Wehmeyer of Thebes and Sheila Echols (Paul) of Murphysboro; her grandchildren, Shannon Dow, Jarrod Echols and Morgan Dillow (Allen); and her great great grandchildren, Isaac, Sarah, Ezra and Camilla. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family graciously requests that memorials be made to the Alexander Freewill Baptist Church.
