She was predeceased by: her parents, William P. Jones and Leona Jones (Lowns); her great grandchild Cady Moore; her son-in-law Lonnie Blackburn; and her brothers, Ronald Jones, James W. Jones and Ralph Leon Jones.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Lockwood; her daughter Donna Jean Blackburn of West Melbourne, Florida; her grandchildren, Stephanie Moore of Dix and Lonna Robbins (Bruce) of Pennsylvania; her great grandchildren, Jay Robbins, Brooke Poninski (Hayden), Blake Moore, Abigail Moore and Maddie Moore; her great great grandchildren, Thomas, Bryce, Matthew, Linny, Nolan and Wrenleigh; and her siblings, Donald Wayne Jones and Ruth Hobbs.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oakwood Cemetery (2400 Broadway St, Mt Vernon, IL 62864).
Memorials may be made in her honor to the Jefferson County Animal Shelter.
