She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Gulley and Thelma Gulley (Hart). She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Rhodes; her children, Jean Ann Rush (Wink) of Collierville, Tennessee, Bill Salter (Vicki) of Clarksville and Jim Salter (Jenny) of Brooklyn, Michigan; her stepchildren, Renae Shircliff of Hillsdale and Michelle Gose (William) of Sault St; and her sisters, Donna McGuire (Jim) of Mount Vernon, Illinois. and Sheila Rae Gulley. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in Shelba's honor to the charity of donors choice.
