She was predeceased by: her father Walter "Wallie" Cowden; and her sisters, Mary Bartlett (Darrel) and Beverly Patterson. She is survived by: her mother Rona Lowery (Jones); her husband Larry Hardig, Sr.; her children, Charles Hardig (Maria), Jeremey Hardig (Felicia Smith), Kandi McCormick (Paul) and Felicia Hill (Nate); her stepsons, Larry Hardig, Jr., Calvin Hardig (Sherry) and James Hardig (Pat); and her siblings, Robin Shelton (Kevin), Archie Jones (Stephanie Leftler), Bill Cowden (Amy Jenks), David Cowden (Dolly) and Mike Cowden. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
