Luschen of Texico, Illinois, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on February 11, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Luschen of Texico; his children, Steven Luschen (Meagan) of Newnan, Georgia and Jessica Anderson (Brandon) of Carterville, Illinois; his grandchildren, Brianna, Brycen Anderson, Lily and James Luschen; his sisters, Beverly Bonnough (Darrell) of Perrysburg and Cheryl Nakakura (Dean) of Pearl City, Hawaii; and his brother-in-law Roger Germann (Sheila) of O'Fallon, Illinois..
