She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald W. Dalby and Ruth A. Dalby (Foreman); and her brothers-in-law, Norman Williams, Kenneth Richardson and Henry Byars.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Edgar Byars; her son Mark Alan Byars (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Tyler of McLeansboro, Brooklyn of McLeansboro, Savannah of McLeansboro, Mariah of McLeansboro and Bailey Byars of McLeansboro; her sisters, Judith Williams (Dalby) of Mt. Vernon, Joyce Richardson (Dalby) of Mt. Vernon, Lavern and Betty Austin; and her sister-in-law Sheila Byars.
