It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glenda J Dobbs of Texico, Illinois, born in Mount Vernon, Illinois, who passed away on January 7, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Glenn and Mildred Glenn (Wehunt); her spouse Merwyn Osborne "Pete" Dobbs; and her son Kyle Dobbs. She is survived by: her children, Merwyn "Petey" Dobbs (Tina) of Texico and Dan Dobbs (Roxie) of Monroe, Michigan; her grandchildren, Tara Hunley (Jon) of Monroe, Jared Dobbs of Canton, Callee Hefner (Jeremy) of Mount Vernon and Jenna Dobbs of Mount Vernon, Illinois; her great grandchildren, Jovi, Ari, Addilee and Logan; her brothers, Robert Connaway and Jon Connaway; and her stepbrothers, Harry Ray Connaway, David Connaway and Bill Connaway. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
